Understanding your wants and needs as a Buyer is paramount. We take the time to discuss your unique situation and answer any questions you may have. Then we guide you through the mortgage prequalification process so that you know exactly what you can afford before you start viewing homes.
Your agent will set up an automatic daily report so you can see every new home on the market that fits your criteria, and will also highlight listings they think have extra potential. Any property you'd like to tour, your agent will work to accommodate your schedule and ensure you can see the property in a timely manner.
Once you've found the home of your dreams, your agent will advise you on offer strategy and will communicate with the listing agent until there is a resolution. After an offer is accepted, your agent will work with you all the way through to closing to ensure you are prepared for every step in the process.
